This more tracks, less talk approach to Friday night posts seems to be working so lets milk this while it lasts. So, more of the same today.
I know I have a maybe 5 of 6 pending requests so I will try and do a post with all of them in the next couple of weeks. If you have something you want to hear, this would be a great time to leave a comment and ask.
And thank you all once again for your comments.
For starters, it the Nursery Boys better known as Abana Ba Nasery in a piece of music known by every single Kenyan that I have had up here before.
I do not know how I do this: I managed to find yet another Les Wanyika track that I have never posted: here is Barua Yako (Your letter).
A bit of something different: two artists who were big in the 60s.
First off, Fadhili Williams in Safari ya Amerika
Fadhili Williams Mdawida – Safari ya Amerika
And a medley of Fundi Konde tracks from Them Mushrooms
I tried to find about these guys but there is nothing about them anywhere. There is a little about them at Akwaaba Sound but that is about all I kind find anywhere. Anyone know anything about Super Super Mambo Jazz who are performing Gor Mahia in this week’s download.
The Kings of Benga make another appearance.
Track of the day is a track that I an addicted to from the group with the Man with the crazy hats
AOB
+ I do not know if anyone cares but I moved from SuSE 10.0 to Ubuntu 7.04 this last week and I regret not having done this 3 years ago. This product is just so sweeeeeettttttt.

This is a great site. I have been able to listen to some fabulous Zilizopendwa songs. The link to Kuteleza si Kwanguka by Lady Issa does not appear to work. Please re-upload the track if possible. Some stuff by Les Wanyika family would also be great. Keep up the great job….
Any one with Lady isa -Tama
